We want you to be satisfied with purchases from Bloombonemove. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for physical and digital products ordered through our website.

Return Window

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Digital products may be eligible for refund within 14 days if the files have not been substantially downloaded or shared.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@bloombonemove.world or via the contact form with your order details. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.

Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed materials and fully accessed digital downloads may not be eligible for refund. Damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Exchanges
